MINUTE entry before the Honorable Sara L. Ellis: The Court denies Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order [14] without prejudice. Plaintiff filed this infringement action against 18 Defendants alleging infringement of multiple trademarks between August and October 2025. There is no indication that Plaintiff has properly joined these Defendants. Thus, the Court allows Plaintiff to proceed with Defendant #1 on Schedule A. The Court grants Plaintiff's motions for leave to file under seal [4] and for electronic service of process [13]. The Court strikes the status date set for 1/21/2026 and resets it to 1/28/2026 at 9:30 AM. If Plaintiff wishes to refile its motion for TRO, it must demonstrate that Defendant #1 currently offers the allegedly infringing product for sale, such that injunctive relief is proper.
