MINUTE entry before the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman: In light of plaintiff's Amended Schedule A [23], which names a single defendant, the court vacates its order [22] to the extent that it required plaintiff to file a statement demonstrating why the defendants on Schedule A are properly joined under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20 and 35 U.S.C. � 299, and why plaintiff refers to a single "Defendant" in his "Amended Motion for Entry of a Temporary Restraining Order." The court directs plaintiff to file an amended complaint by 1/16/26 that names the sole remaining defendant. Further, the court denies plaintiff's amended motion for temporary restraining order [15] because plaintiff has failed to carry his burden to establish that he is likely to succeed on the merits of his patent infringement claim by providing sufficient evidence and explanation of how each and every limitation, as properly construed, of an asserted patent claim is present, either literally or equivalently, in the accused device. Local Rule 3.2 Annual Reminder Order

ANNUAL REMINDER: Pursuant to Local Rule 3.2 (Notification of Affiliates), any nongovernmental party, other than an individual or sole proprietorship, must file a statement identifying all its affiliates known to the party after diligent review or, if the party has identified no affiliates, then a statement reflecting that fact must be filed.
