DEFAULT JUDGMENT ORDER AS TO CERTAIN signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 1/10/2026: Plaintiff's motion for entry of default judgment as to certain defendants (all remaining defendants other than vehiclemall06) is granted. The nature of the alleged infringement differs among the defaulted defendants, and plaintiff has not proposed to differentiate among them on this basis. The Court has reduced the amount sought to what it considers to be the lowest common denominator, which involves the defendants alleged to have infringed the "Jeep" grille design. Not all of the allegedly infringing products are the same and some of them do not appear to be exact copies of the trademarked design.
