Kennelly: Plaintiff's motion for leave to file certain documents under seal [8] is granted, but its request in the same motion to proceed temporarily under a pseudonym is denied. Plaintiff has not made the case that it will be prejudiced unfairly by filing the lawsuit under its own name. The Court notes in this regard that literally dozens of cases similar to this one are filed in this district every month, at least 98 percent of them under the plaintiffs' names, without any apparent or appreciable problem. Plaintiff's motion relies in part on particular events that took place well over two years ago in unrelated matters that appear to involve different plaintiffs. In the Court's view, good cause for proceeding under a pseudonym has not been shown.
