PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On September 4, 2025, the Court issued an Order of Referral and Notice of Court Practices (DE [4]) requiring that "WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the date of this Order, counsel for Plaintiff shall file a verified response" regarding Defendants' prior lawsuits. To date, Plaintiff has failed to file a verified statement or a motion for extension of time to do so. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff shall SHOW CAUSE by September 25, 2025, why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to comply with a Court Order.
