No. 10 ¶ 13. The accompanying screenshots do not include that plaintiffs have purchased any allegedly infringing product or caused such a product to be shipped to an Illinois address. Lambert's averment upon information and belief does not satisfy the evidentiary requirement of personal knowledge and therefore does not carry plaintiff's burden to show a likelihood of success in showing that this court has personal jurisdiction over defendants. See Fed. R. Evid. 602 (personal knowledge required);); Dkt. No. 11 contains screenshots of each defendant's internet stores.
