Once the case was reassigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended Schedule A, which lists just one Defendant, see 7, and thus may avoid any joinder issues. The amended complaint, however, still includes language suggesting that numerous defendants are at issue. If Plaintiff wishes to proceed, it must conform its allegations to the current Schedule A to make clear that it is asserting claims against a single defendant.
