MINUTE entry before the Honorable LaShonda A. Hunt: This case has been assigned to the calendar of Judge LaShonda A. Hunt. On 7/16/25, Plaintiff filed a complaint 1 and Schedule A under seal 2 but failed to comply with Local Rule 26.2, which requires a motion for leave to file a document under seal. On 7/21/25, Plaintiff filed an Amended Schedule A 11 publicly identifying the only remaining Defendant in this case. Accordingly, the Clerk's office is directed, forthwith, to unseal Plaintiffs original Schedule A 2 and update the docket and case caption to reflect that the Defendant is "One Carpet." Plaintiff's motion for leave to conduct expedited discovery and electronic service 12 is granted in part and denied in part. The Court grants Plaintiff's request for expedited discovery as the Court finds that expedited discovery is warranted to obtain Defendant's contact information. Enter Order Authorizing Expedited Discovery. Plaintiff's request for electronic service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(3) is denied without prejudice.
