On 8/6/25, Plaintiff filed an amended Schedule A to the complaint 14 which publicly identifies the sole remaining Defendant in this case and an ex parte motion for leave to conduct expedited discovery and electronic service of process pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4(f)(3) under seal 15. Plaintiff failed to request leave to file either the original Schedule A or the motion under seal and has provided no basis for doing so.
