Once the case was assigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint directed to a single Defendant, see 11, 12]. The amendment thus avoids any joinder issues, and Plaintiff may proceed on this complaint 11. During the course of the litigation, the attorneys must appear at all hearing dates set by the Court or noticed by the parties.
