But insufficient evidence has been offered to justify sealing the Plaintiff's identify, especially given the strong presumption of public proceedings and the command of Civil Rule 10(a). The Plaintiff must file a public version of the complaint that identifies itself by 06/25/2025. (3.) Given the evidence proffered in R. 18, the motion for TRO [16] is granted in most part.
