Under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 20(a)(2), joinder of defendants is proper when the "right to relief is asserted against them jointly, severally, or in the alternative with respect to or arising out of the same transaction, occurrence, or series of transactions or occurrences." As plaintiff made clear, the four defendants sell substantially similar stickers with nearly identical descriptions. At this juncture, the Court finds this establishes evidence in support of joinder and the case can thus proceed against these four defendants.
