The Plaintiff is permitted to take discovery in order to respond to the argument that the court lacks jurisdiction over Lirnorsi. 48. Lirnorsi's status report raises a fundamental concern. It reports that YUQIAO ZHO is acting pro se. Lirnorsi, as a corporate entity, must be represented by counsel in courts in the United States. An individual is not permitted to appear pro se on behalf of a corporate entity. Lirnorsi has until 5/10/24 to file an appearance by counsel. If Lirnorsi does not appear through counsel, the court will be required to enter a default judgment. Parties are encouraged to make efforts to resolve the matter.
