Once the case was reassigned to this Court, however, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint, which names just one Defendant, and thus avoids any joinder issues. Plaintiff may thus proceed on its amended complaint [19]. Additionally, based upon Plaintiff's submissions, the Court grants Plaintiff's motions for leave to file under seal [12], for leave to file excess pages [13], and for leave to conduct expedited discovery and for electronic service of process [21]. Enter Order. The Court denies without prejudice Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order [14] as that motion remains directed at the Defendants identified in the initial complaint. If appropriate, Plaintiff may renew the motion as to the sole Defendant identified in the amended complaint. The 4/2/25 Notice of Motion date is stricken. Mailed notice.
