Although the motion 7 to seal is granted for now, the motion is premised on the Plaintiff's assertion that it was going to file a TRO motion, but none has been filed. Instead, the status report, R. 13, says that the Plaintiff plans on filing a motion for expedited discovery by 04/17/2025. If no TRO motion is filed by 04/18/2025, then the docket shall be unsealed. (2.) On review of the complaint, R. 1, there is a blank spot in Paragraph 14 where the examples of the Plaintiff's products are supposed to be displayed. And then the chart that follows immediately after is blank, and there is no introduction to the chart. The Plaintiff must file an Amended Complaint by 04/18/2025. (3.)
