Plaintiffs commenced this action on 3/12/25 by filing a Complaint 1 and provisionally sealed Schedule A 3 listing 50 Defendants, along with a motion to seal 12 and other filings. To date, Plaintiffs have neither noticed the motion to seal for presentment as required by the Court's case management procedures nor sought entry of a temporary restraining order, which is the reason Plaintiffs provided for needing to keep Defendants' identities under seal. Accordingly, the motion to seal 12 is denied, and the Clerk of Court is directed, forthwith, to unseal Schedule A 3.
