The "certificate of service" filed on 2/27/2025 by one of plaintiff's attorneys is insufficient because it says nothing about service of summons and, with respect to the sending of a link to a website with the amended complaint and preliminary injunction motion, says only that the link was sent to any e-mail addresses in the exhibits to an earlier-filed declaration and to "any e-mail addresses provided for Defendants by third parties," without identifying who those defendants are. In addition, there are fifteen exhibits to the earlier-filed declaration that encompass hundreds of pages. It is not the Court's job to wade through the record to try to ascertain whether service has been accomplished; it is plaintiff's job to do so, and plaintiff has not done it.
