In its most recent status report, plaintiff reports that, according to third-party Amazon, "all Defendants received a notice from Amazon in largely the same manner as the notice received by Defendant Funtouch and filed at dkt. [39-1]" 47. In light of this report from plaintiff, the Court grants Defendant Funtouch's motion to unseal the case 39 and denies plaintiff's motion for leave to file a certain document under seal 31. Plaintiff previously argued that sealing certain documents was "necessary to prevent the Defendants from learning of these proceedings prior to the execution of the temporary restraining order" 4 ; 31. Through third-party Amazon's actions, however, "all defendants" already have learned about these proceedings 47.
