Given the nature and price-point of the product at issue, the value of the brand at issue, the absence of any concrete evidence of lost profits or high-volume infringement from Defendant, and the need to deter infringement that is easily committed and difficult to stop, the Court concludes that $25,000 is an appropriate award of statutory damages against the remaining Defendant. No appearance required on 1/16/25. Enter final judgment order. Civil case terminated.
