PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS MATTER is before the Court on a sua sponte review of the record. On June 2, 2021, Plaintiff filed the Complaint [1] initiating this case. That same day, the Court Clerk gave Plaintiff Notice that Plaintiff failed to file a civil cover sheet as required by Local Rule 3.3, which states, "Every Complaint or other document initiating a civil action shall be accompanied by a completed civil cover sheet." S.D. Fla. Loc. R. 3.3 (emphasis added). Plaintiff was instructed to file a civil cover sheet within 24 hours of the Notice [4]. To date, Plaintiff has failed to file a civil cover sheet.
