Seeger: Since Plaintiff filed its motion for preliminary injunction on February 4, 2022, Plaintiff has filed not one, not two, not three, but five notices of voluntary dismissal. But Plaintiff neglected to give this Court an updated draft of the preliminary injunction, with an up-to-date Schedule. That oversight required this Court to look at each notice, identify the dismissed defendants, and delete those defendants from the Schedule A, one by one. This incident is yet another example of how Plaintiff's counsel imposes undue burden on this Court. Going forward, a comparable oversight may lead to appropriate relief, including but not limited to denial of the motion for a preliminary injunction.
