These motions pertain to Plaintiff's original complaint, which is no longer the operative complaint in this litigation because Plaintiff filed an amended complaint on March 29, 2021. Riley v. Elkhart Cmty. Sch., 829 F.3d 886, 890 (7th Cir. 2016) ("[A]n amended complaint supersedes any prior complaint, and becomes the operative complaint."); Flannery v. Recording Indus. Ass'n of Am., 354 F.3d 632, 638 n.1 (7th Cir. 2004) ("It is axiomatic that an amended complaint supersedes an original complaint and renders the original complaint void."). If Plaintiff wishes to move for a TRO and to effectuate electronic service of process with respect to its amended complaint, it should file separate motions addressing that pleading. We grant Plaintiff's motion to file under seal [3] but note that this motion only governs the documents Plaintiff filed at Dkt. No. 2 and Dkt. No. 15. If Plaintiff seeks to file Schedule A to the amended complaint or any other document filed in connection with the amended complaint under seal, it must seek leave to file those particular documents under seal.
