No. [24]), but Plaintiff has not filed proof of service of process. So the Court does not know if Plaintiff effectuated service of process. Several months have passed since the filing of the complaint, and Defendant has not responded to the complaint. Plaintiff has not pursued the case. Plaintiff must file a motion for default by June 4, 2021, or the case will be dismissed for want of prosecution. Mailed notice.

MINUTE entry before the Honorable Steven C. Seeger: Plaintiff's motion for a temporary restraining order (Dckt. No. 14) is hereby denied. On March 16, 2021, Plaintiff filed an amended complaint and dropped the claims against 185 of the 186 original defendants. (Dckt. No. 10) At that moment, only one defendant was left. (Dckt. No. 11). But for whatever reason, Plaintiff then filed a motion for a temporary restraining order that described the conduct of the "defendants," plural. (Dckt. No. 15) The motion for a temporary restraining order approached the case like the amended complaint never happened. The declaration from Carrie Dumont was similarly generic and over-inclusive, describing the conduct by "defendants" (plural), not the last-remaining defendant. (Dckt. No. 17, at para. 19) The Dumont declaration purported to attach screenshots as "Exhibit 3," but there was no Exhibit 3. See Dumont Decl., at para. 19 (Dckt. No. 17) ("True and correct copies of screenshot printouts showing the active e-commerce stores operating under the Seller Aliases reviewed are attached as Exhibit 3."). If Plaintiff wants a temporary restraining order against the last-remaining defendant, Plaintiff needs to make a specific showing that the defendant has done something wrong. Plaintiff has made no effort to demonstrate with specificity that the last-remaining defendant has infringed Plaintiff's trademarks. Allegations against former parties do not advance the ball, because those former parties are no longer here. Motion denied. Plaintiff's motion for electronic service of process (Dckt.
