No. 17), more than a month and a half ago. But Plaintiff has not pursued it. Plaintiff must file a motion for default under Rule 55 by June 4, 2021, or the case will be dismissed for want of prosecution. Mailed notice.

MINUTE entry before the Honorable Steven C. Seeger: Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction (Dckt. No. 20) is hereby denied without prejudice. There are only six remaining defendants. (Dckt. No. 10) Plaintiff has the burden of meeting the requirements for a preliminary injunction as to each of the six remaining defendants. The motion for preliminary injunction is perfunctory and generic, relying largely on the preceding motion for a temporary restraining order. The Court took a closer look at that submission. To support the notion that the defendants are infringing Plaintiff's intellectual property, Plaintiff relied on the declaration of Anna Reiter (Dckt. No. 13 -3). The Reiter declaration states that someone conducted a "visual inspection of the products listed for sale on the website" of each defendant, and purported to attach the screenshots. Id. at para. 4. "True and correct copies of the screenshot printouts showing the active Defendant Internet Stores reviewed are attached as Exhibit 2." Id. But there is no Exhibit 2. It was not filed. Plaintiff has not satisfied its burden to obtain injunctive relief. If Plaintiff wants an injunction against the last-remaining defendants, Plaintiff needs to make a specific showing that the defendants have done something wrong. Plaintiff has made no effort to demonstrate with specificity that the last-remaining defendants have infringed Plaintiff's trademarks. So, for now, the motion for a preliminary injunction is denied.
