ORDER: Before the Court is Defendant No. 41, connect_value_life's Motion to Vacate Default Judgment 39. Defendant requests the Court dismiss Defendant or, at a minimum, require Plaintiff's claims to proceed against Defendant on the merits. For the following reasons the Court GRANTS Defendant's motion in part and DENIES in part 39. The Default Judgment entered against Defendant No. 41, connect_value_life is set aside pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60(b)(1) on the grounds of excusable neglect.
