As discussed during the hearing, and summarized in the judgment order, Plaintiff's motion for default judgment as to all Defendants 36 is granted, a permanent injunction will be entered, and statutory damages in the amount of $50,000 per Defendant, jointly and severally, will be imposed. A separate AO-450 judgment shall be entered. The Court notes that the judgment order will not include Plaintiff's originally proposed Paragraphs 8 and 9 concerning post-judgment collection. Plaintiff may serve citations to discovery assets and seek turnover orders as in any other case. Civil case terminated. Mailed notice
