ORDER DISSOLVING TEMPORARY RESTRAINTS: Effective January 17, 2020, at 10:15 a.m., the Court orders that all temporary restraints and injunctive orders entered in this case relating to Joybuy, an electronic store operated by Jingdong E-commerce (Trade) Hong Kong Corporation Limited, have been dissolved and are no longer in force. Plaintiff shall immediately notify Walmart that it may reinstate Joybuy's account. The parties will provide to the Court an agreed form of dismissal of the case with respect to Joybuy.
